I mean…while Mark probably could have gone without voicing that opinion, I really can’t say I give a shit. Of all people I feel like Mark (and Moffat) has valid reasons to dislike ‘Elementary’. I have to say I’d be pretty pissed if I denied a network the rights to my show (if I…had…one…) and they went ahead and did their own version anyways. If you have a right to love ‘Elementary’ (which you do, obviously) then Mark Gatiss also has the right to dislike it. It’s not like he was being a raging back of dicks about it either. I don’t see why everyone’s freaking out about it.

AND ACKNOWLEDGE HOW THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER
Okay I’m just gonna say that I haven’t played anything since middle school and I could probably read sheet music at a mediocre level at best at this point. But that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate music. I love putting on my headphones and letting it wash over me. I love listening to classic symphonies and rock and roll alike. I could not imagine a life without music, and just because I can’t read it well anymore, just because I can’t create it with anything other than my own voice (to an extent) doesn’t mean I can’t love it.

They back off each other, the taste of Cas still all over his lips, deep in his mouth. His mouth is still tingly and he turns as if to make sure they’re alone. He turns back, licking the last of Castiel’s taste off his lips. Cas looks up at him through his lashes, licking his lips and looking back down.
Dean’s heart is still pounding heavy in his chest, his shirt is wrinkled where Castiel’s hands gripped it. He’s tempted to reach back for Cas, to pull him back and kiss him senseless again. He can’t just yet though. His hands are shaking and he is reeling with the awkward tension in the room.
For once, Castiel acts first, grabbing Dean and mashing their mouths together again. Their lips are moving in the same perfect synchronization and Dean’s left breathless again.
Castiel Stans:
Castiel stans, how do you all excuse the fact that Castiel is a mass murderer? He chose to kill people. He’s no better than James Holmes, the Colorado shooter. Although even with Holmes, people say he may be schizophrenic so at least he has mental illness as excuse.
And I know one is fictional and the other is real but for the purpose of discussion, how can you still be a fan of someone like Castiel who is the equivalent of an RL murderer?
And for Destiel shippers, Dean hates Castiel. He may be in the process of forgiving him but that’s more of the writers just trying to please Destiel stans because Dean would never forgive anyone for intentionally harming and almost killing his brother.
If you’re a fan of Supernatural you know that Dean only cares about Sam. Everything comes second to that.
How can you support a character who’s a mass murderer and who harmed Sam? How can you actually want Dean to not only forgive Cas but also be with him in a relationship?
Someone explain this to me. Give me a good reason to know why you people aren’t out of touch with what makes sense because at this point being a fan of Castiel and wanting Destiel to happen sounds pretty delusional to me.
Okay, you know what, I’ll bite. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that this comes from a place of genuine Not Getting It and rein in my first reaction, which was snarky gifs at the attitude displayed in this.
